For Sale an unmolested 1974 XB GT Falcon 351 2V Cleveland in Burnt Orange with Dark Saddle trim with dealer fitted Brown cloth inserts. Factory optioned with power steering, radio/tape player, T-Bar FMX auto, Bathurst Globe alloy wheels and Heated Backlight. Does it get any better?
This 1974 XB GT ticks all the boxes. In stunning condition, this XB GT was originally sold through Sleeman Motors, North Coburg, Victoria and is one of 1,929 XB GTs built, one of 1,012 with the same engine and transmission combination, one of 171 painted in Burnt Orange, one of 39 XB GTs with the same paint and trim combo and ONE of ONE with the exact same build specification.
This is a four owner XB GT with the previous custodian for over 22 years. The car was repainted approximately 20 years in 2 pack Burnt Orange with Walnut Glow stripes and highlights. The paint presents in excellent condition with no rust or damage.
The original engine and gear box have been maintained with only 75,774 miles covered since new. The matching numbers 351 2V Cleveland is factory stock. The gearbox is the factory FMX, then through to the standard tailshaft and a stock 9" LSD.
The interior is original with the Brown cloth inserts added by selling dealership. The original steering wheel is still in place. All the gauges work and the XB comes with the factory A/C components including the Motorcraft compressor, pulleys, nuts and bolts are all there but not fitted. The original radio/cassette is there with the radio in working order.
Riding on 15" Bathurst Globes wheels with red walled Dunlop LeMans 215/65R15s all round. In the boot there is a spare and new rubber boot mat.
Showing just 75,774 miles, the XB GT comes with an ACCHS report, a FORD letter of verification, receipt file, registration paperwork, an ad for the XB GT that appeared in the February, 1993 Unique Cars Magazine and lots of happy motoring memories.

Vehicles offered for sale through AMCS are the responsibility of the Owner / Seller. AMCS acts as the Seller's agent and relies fully on the information provided by the Seller of the vehicle in the advertising and sale of each vehicle. AMCS takes no responsibility for the accuracy or veracity of the information provided by the Seller.
When a Buyer wishes to speak to the owner or inspect a vehicle listed for sale on the AMCS web site, AMCS will request a copy of the potential buyers driver's license or a business card along with an email address and phone number. This is provided to the seller as confirmation of the legitimacy of the buyer and the seller is then asked to contact the potential buyer to discuss the car and set up an inspection if required.
The Buyer must make his own enquiries and inspections regarding the condition, authenticity and veracity of the vehicle and any statements made by the Seller, and satisfy themselves in all aspects prior to purchasing the car from the Seller. The Buyer understands there is no warranty or guarantee offered by either the Seller or AMCS.
If upon inspection the Buyer is not satisfied with the car for any reason and does not wish to proceed with the purchase the owner is advised and any personal details are deleted from AMCS records.
If the Buyer is satisfied with the car and a price is agreed to with the Seller a formal tax invoice is prepared by AMCS and sent to the Buyer for payment to the AMCS audited Trust Account. AMCS also receives a formal Bill of Sale from the owner stating the car is free of encumbrance and noting banking details for the transaction. Once AMCS receives the total payment cleared into its trust account a transfer is then made to the Seller.
AMCS receives a fee of 7.5% (incl. GST) of the sale price for assisting the Seller to sell the vehicle. There is no fee or Buyer's premium charged to the Buyer.
