1985 Ford XF Fairmont Station Wagon in Olympic Gold in untouched original condition with a log booked 57,686 Klms from new. For sale from Leeton, NSW.
Originally ordered and purchased at Gateway Ford, Kingaroy, QLD by Mr. B.S. Walker of Bundaberg, QLD on the 16th of November, 1985, this XF Fairmont wagon is an original Survivor Condition two owner example.
This Fairmont may be the lowest kilometre Ford Station Wagon available in Australia and comes with the original books and paperwork to substantiate kilometres travelled.
All original Olympic Gold paint with Fawn interior. No rust or damage except for a couple of small paint chips. Paint is excellent and original having never been resprayed and the Wagon shines like a new car. All panels are dead straight and the Fairmont features working AIr Conditioning, power steering and rare factory optioned Cruise Control (not working).
The Fairmont interior is in excellent unmarked condition and has been a non smokers car from new.
The car has factory Venetian’s in the wagon area, as well as a factory Sun-Visor and Towbar, Bonnet Protector, Headlight Protectors and Weather Shields.
The wagon has been professionally maintained by a licensed mechanic with regular fluid changes and the Fairmont has also recently had the fuel system and fuel tank cleaned and the brakes reconditioned.
The matching numbers 4.1 litre Crossflow motor is quiet and smooth and runs beautifully and the car drives just like new with no noises or rattles.
Fitted with new Whitewall tyres on 15” LTD/25th XF Anniversary alloy rims. The original 14” Ford rims and whitewall tyres with the original Fairmont Hubcaps (excellent condition, no scrapes or scratches) go with the car.
This really is an excellent, untouched, survivor. There are not many around in such original condition and with just 57.686km on the clock making this an unique XF Fairmont wagon.

Vehicles offered for sale through AMCS are the responsibility of the Owner / Seller. AMCS acts as the Seller's agent and relies fully on the information provided by the Seller of the vehicle in the advertising and sale of each vehicle. AMCS takes no responsibility for the accuracy or veracity of the information provided by the Seller.
When a Buyer wishes to speak to the owner or inspect a vehicle listed for sale on the AMCS web site, AMCS will request a copy of the potential buyers driver's license or a business card along with an email address and phone number. This is provided to the seller as confirmation of the legitimacy of the buyer and the seller is then asked to contact the potential buyer to discuss the car and set up an inspection if required.
The Buyer must make his own enquiries and inspections regarding the condition, authenticity and veracity of the vehicle and any statements made by the Seller, and satisfy themselves in all aspects prior to purchasing the car from the Seller. The Buyer understands there is no warranty or guarantee offered by either the Seller or AMCS.
If upon inspection the Buyer is not satisfied with the car for any reason and does not wish to proceed with the purchase the owner is advised and any personal details are deleted from AMCS records.
If the Buyer is satisfied with the car and a price is agreed to with the Seller a formal tax invoice is prepared by AMCS and sent to the Buyer for payment to the AMCS audited Trust Account. AMCS also receives a formal Bill of Sale from the owner stating the car is free of encumbrance and noting banking details for the transaction. Once AMCS receives the total payment cleared into its trust account a transfer is then made to the Seller.
AMCS receives a fee of 7.5% (incl. GST) of the sale price for assisting the Seller to sell the vehicle. There is no fee or Buyer's premium charged to the Buyer.
