Stunning survivor 1971 Holden HQ Premier 308 V8 for sale in beautifully maintained condition with log books and full ownership history. For sale from Hornsby, NSW.

Purchased by the current owner in 2020, this stunning survivor Dutchess Gold HQ Premier has certainly led a charmed life. Ordered new from Fair Deal Car Sales in Parramatta, NSW and delivered to a Mrs. Particia Moses of West Ryde on the 6th August, 1971, this HQ Premier is factory optioned with the 308 V8 engine, Trimatic auto and Black Vinyl trim. The original owner then added dealer options including a Sunvisor, Front and Rear Mud Flaps and a Tow Bar.

The HQ features a professional respray in the factory Dutchess Gold Metallic with a repaint in GMH black in the engine bay and boot areas. The invoice for this work is included. Chrome and glass are in excellent original condition with original headlights and tail lights still in place. This is a super low kilometre Holden Premier with only 111,847 miles driven from new. And the interior underscores this low mileage. In fact the interior trim is in exceptional condition from the seat trims, door cards, GTS steering wheel, dash, gauges and crash pad. Even the original carpet is still in its rightful place as is the factory AM Radio. You will notice the addition of a dash mounted compass that will ensure you get to where ever your going without the need for a GPS.

Mechanically, the HQ runs like a dream with the stock matching numbers 308 V8 purring away. The engine has never been rebuilt and has been well looked after with maintenance carried out on a regular basis. The current owner has rebuilt the Rochester carburettor, repainted the motor in GMH Orange, fitted a new bonnet sound deadener and fitted new brake lines, a dual exhaust system and new fuel tank.

This is a super original classic Holden, unmolested and in excellent condition with full documentation including the log books, owners manuals, two sets of keys, a HQ workshop manual, a tin of Dutchess Gold paint some spares, the original tow bar and the original Fair Deal rear window sticker. There is even a rear venetian fitted.

The Premier comes with a full set of original HQ 14" steel rims, Premier caps and dress rims. In the boot is a new boot mat, a spare with an older tyre and tools.

Located in Hornsby, NSW for your inspection. Currently on club registration. (Ref: 6801)

AMCS acts as the Seller's agent and relies fully on the information provided by the Seller of the vehicle in the advertising and sale of each vehicle. AMCS takes no responsibility for the accuracy or veracity of the information provided by the Seller.

When a Buyer wishes to speak to the owner or inspect a vehicle listed for sale on the AMCS web site, AMCS will request a copy of the potential buyers driver's license or a business card along with an email address and phone number. If the Buyer is satisfied with the car and a price is agreed to with the Seller a formal tax invoice is prepared by AMCS and sent to the Buyer for payment to the AMCS audited Trust Account. AMCS also receives a formal Bill of Sale from the owner stating the car is free of encumbrance and noting banking details for the transaction. Once AMCS receives the total payment cleared into its trust account a transfer is then made to the Seller.

AMCS receives a fee of 8.5% (incl. GST) of the sale price for assisting the Seller to sell the vehicle. There is no fee or Buyer's premium charged to the Buyer.
