For sale is a 2005 VZ Holden Commodore Executives optioned with the super sought after 924 Police pack 5.7 Litre Gen III V8 and TH700R4 automatic transmission. Originally a Highway Patrol Police car stationed at Ayr in far North Queensland, the VZ was sold through Zupps Holden in Aspley, Queensland. Featuring all Police pack items including ABS, FE2 Sports Suspension, LSD, 15" x 7" rims, 225 x 60 R15 tyres, Passenger's Airbag, Sump protector plate, additional Wiring Loom for power supply to lights, siren plus the Interior Dome Light incorporating Map Reading lights and an Interior Lights Isolation Switch (isolates glovebox light, boot and interior dome and map reading lights) and dual horns.
In Heron White with Anthracite Black trim, this VZ has remained in the care of the one owner since the Queensland Police retired the car in November 2006. The VZ has covered a genuine log booked 239,851 Kilometres and is presented in excellent condition throughout. Meticulously maintained and obviously still sporting the Police chip, this VZ Commodore has some serious get up and go and with full QLD registration until December, 2024, you're ready to hit the road in a well priced Aussie Commodore classic.
Delivered to the Queensland Police force on the 20th of May, 2005, the car was retained by the Police until November 2006 and was then sold to the current enthusiast owner. The VZ is presented in all original Heron White factory paint with no rust or damage. All glass is original as are the headlights and tail lights. This is a dead straight accident free car.
Running the matching numbers 5.7L Gen 111 V8 mated to the 4-speed GM 4L60-E automatic gearbox, the VZ is supplied with the original log books indicating the original owner as the QLD Police Service, extensive service history with receipt file, two sets of keys, a Commodore Service manual and registration certificates.
The interior is all original and in good condition for the age and mileage with factory working Air conditioning, power steering and AM/FM radio with single CD Disk player. The Police pack Dome light and Lights Isolation switch are in place and there is evidence of past Police radio fittings on the console. The owner has replaced the trim for the passenger and driver's side seat bases otherwise the interior is in very good original condition. The Commodore also is fitted with a factory alarm that covers all four doors, boot and bonnet. With the factory dual horns, you won't miss the alarm going off!
The Commodore is riding on the Police spec widened 15" steel rims with Kenda 225/60x15 tyres plus an original Bridgestone Turanza spare in the boot with the factory tools.

Vehicles offered for sale through AMCS are the responsibility of the Owner / Seller. AMCS acts as the Seller's agent and relies fully on the information provided by the Seller of the vehicle in the advertising and sale of each vehicle. AMCS takes no responsibility for the accuracy or veracity of the information provided by the Seller.
When a Buyer wishes to speak to the owner or inspect a vehicle listed for sale on the AMCS web site, AMCS will request a copy of the potential buyers driver's license or a business card along with an email address and phone number. This is provided to the seller as confirmation of the legitimacy of the buyer and the seller is then asked to contact the potential buyer to discuss the car and set up an inspection if required.
The Buyer must make his own enquiries and inspections regarding the condition, authenticity and veracity of the vehicle and any statements made by the Seller, and satisfy themselves in all aspects prior to purchasing the car from the Seller. The Buyer understands there is no warranty or guarantee offered by either the Seller or AMCS.
If upon inspection the Buyer is not satisfied with the car for any reason and does not wish to proceed with the purchase the owner is advised and any personal details are deleted from AMCS records.
If the Buyer is satisfied with the car and a price is agreed to with the Seller a formal tax invoice is prepared by AMCS and sent to the Buyer for payment to the AMCS audited Trust Account. AMCS also receives a formal Bill of Sale from the owner stating the car is free of encumbrance and noting banking details for the transaction. Once AMCS receives the total payment cleared into its trust account a transfer is then made to the Seller.
AMCS receives a fee of 7.5% (incl. GST) of the sale price for assisting the Seller to sell the vehicle. There is no fee or Buyer's premium charged to the Buyer.
